Don Clady’s 17th Annual Salute the Veterans Marine Corps Birthday Car & Motorcycle Show: Nov. 6, John Pettibone Community Center, Pickett District Road, New Milford, Connecticut, 10 am-4 pm, all makes & models, no year cut off, general admission free, plenty of free parking, show vehicles registration $15 donation per vehicle. This is an official Connecticut Cruise News Ring Event, besides regular event trophies 25 of the top vehicles will receive a Connecticut Cruise News Salute the Veteran Best of Show Ring. Moroney’s Harley-Davidson annual Toy Run: Dec. 10, Moroney’s Harley-Davidson, 833 Union Ave., New Windsor, drop off a new unwrapped toy for a boy or girl to Moroney’s for a special gift in return. Collecting toy donations between now and Dec. 10 to deliver to the children of Newburgh. The Cornerstone Family Health Center in Newburgh will be coordinating with Moroney’s and the Motorcyclepedia Museum on Lake Street to bring some cheer to those families in need. Help ride Santa to the museum to see all of the kids and so he can hand deliver each gift to each child.
